What characteristics would you focus on in an effort to be more Affective in your job, community, organization, and industry?  The world around is dynamic and changing, we must change with it but we also need to understand how those changes affect our industry.

• Recognize and exhibit professional behaviors in the 11 characteristics hrs identified in the National EMS Education Standards
