Lean Leadership Certificate Program

Description

Our online Lean Leadership Certificate program will equip participants with facilitation, coaching, and leadership competencies in Lean Management. Participants will learn how to apply essential Leadership concepts of lean including Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri), Value Stream Mapping and Management, A3 Problem Solving methods and coaching, Leader Standard Work, Daily Management, Daily Kaizen, and Kaizen Event planning and facilitation.   The program also provides students with multiple templates that they can modify to suit their own needs.
