Learning Managers and the Bottomline: 5 Ways to Make a Strategic Impact. The purpose of this training module is to introduce the concept of e-learning to corporate trainers and explain how online training relates to the corporate bottomline. This module aims to make corporate trainers aware of the strategic impact of online training and how e-learning can complement their existing Instructor-led training (ILT) programs. This module will also discuss the benefits of the eLeaP LMS and how it can help the corporate trainers achieve their targets.
